3 Counties Paranormal Organisation – Terms and Conditions
1. The minimum age for participants is 18 years old.
2. If you are disabled in any way you must contact the organiser to ensure that the venue is suitable.
3. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or are in any way worried about your health at these events please contact the organiser to discuss the suitability.
4. If anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing alcohol drinks to the event, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
5. No smoking indoors at venues – please observe any other smoking regulations imposed by the establishments themselves. Please also ensure that no candles or other potential fire hazards are used during your stay, unless under strict supervision by an organiser.
6. Arrangements for eating, drinking and sleeping will be advised. Please do not bring any hot food into the establishment and dispose of drink and food wrappers in appropriate receptacles.
7. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to any belongings, before, during or after the event, howsoever caused.
8. Although we cannot foresee any problems, accidents/incidents do happen. We will not be liable for any accident or injury to yourself or your party, before, during or after the event, howsoever caused.
9. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers and establishment owners from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from your participation in the event.
10. All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your party are your own responsibility.
11. Any event due to take place wholly or partially in the open air is likely to be affected by unsuitable/adverse weather conditions. It is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing to match the weather conditions for the time.
12. As many of the events take place at night in dark or poorly lit environments all participants are advised to carry torches and use them when moving around in poorly lit areas.
13. Because many establishments are ancient or are not used to catering for the public you must take extra care for your own safety and that of your party.
14. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused after the event. Tiredness kills – please take a rest or do not drive if you feel drowsy.
15. Throughout the event you and your party will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal, any spirit being, inanimate object etc.
16. The use of Ouija boards, devil invocation and spell-casting is strictly forbidden.
17. All bookings are taken as your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
18. These conditions and any contract into which they are incorporated shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England., unless they are in Scotland in which case they shall be subject to Scottish Law and the jurisdiction of the Courts of Scotland
19. We promise to have a good time, enjoy the event and attempt to find some ghosts. However we cannot guarantee the presence of, or interaction with ghosts or spirits. Please make your own mind up about the activity that may or may not happen during an event.
